Cyclic phosphonate flame retardants: Why can "small amounts" achieve "high efficiency"?
Adding too much flame retardant will damage the material performance, and adding too little will make it difficult to flame retardant. Cyclic phosphonates break the deadlock with molecular ring structures - adding 5% will reach UL94 V0 level, which is 40% less than the amount of traditional flame retardants. A power plant tested that after adding this agent to the refrigerator shell, the flame retardant meets the standard and the impact strength does not decrease. It has strong thermal stability and does not decompose at 250℃, which meets the needs of high-temperature processing. Our company has developed nano-level products with dispersibility like flour in soup. Today, high-end electronic and aviation materials use it.
