Flame-retardant polymer materials: a safety revolution from laboratory to production line

Traditional polymers are flammable. Our company blends flame retardants with resins to make flame-retardant polymer materials. An electronics factory uses this material to make sockets, which will extinguish themselves in 3 seconds when exposed to open flames, and the electrical insulation remains unchanged. The products are divided into general type (applicable to PP/PE), engineering type (special for PA/PBT), and special type (high-temperature resistant PI material), which are suitable for different scenarios. A recyclable type has also been developed, and the flame retardant properties of waste materials are retained by 80% after treatment, responding to the trend of environmental protection. Today, smart homes, new energy vehicles, and 5G devices are all upgraded in safety because of this.
